Shipping and Returns
All sales final, no returns possible. Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, for example due to product fault.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We also provide an exchange if it needs to be changed with another size depending on the stock availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to Netil House, 1 Westgate street, E8 3RL United Kingdom. All the products should be returned in the same box and all the accessories, cases, tags, hygiene seals, should be all included in the package. If products were returned missing accessories you may not receive your refund.
To return your product, you shoDelivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. Please make sure you provided both email and a local contact number to avoid any further delays with the shipment. The shipments returned to our offices from customs due to the missing contact information of recipient will not be shipped again unless customer sends the shipping label. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Taxes and Duties
The prices of products are expressed in Pounds inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. You will be responsible on any applicable custom duties and we are not able to estimate any possible duty that might occur. Dilara Findikoglu cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
We worked closely with our packaging providers to minimise the environmental footprint of our packaging. Our shipping boxes are made using recycled materials. They are 100% recyclable and perfect for reusing. We use clear eco film, biodegradable and compostable, to wrap the boxes before shipping to minimise the damage en route. Help us minimising the damage to our environment and please make sure that you recycle your box and clear film if you don't want to reuse them.
